Mitchell, is pleased to announce a new Internet Radio Program with ArtistFirst World Radio Network that will be Hosted by National Author/Writer/Syndicated Columnist & Speaker Shirley W. Mitchell, called "Aging Outside the Box™". The program will be a weekly, one-hour, Live Broadcast Program with a special guest every week, together with phenomenal topics and show material like: Aging, Baby Boomers, Seniors and Senior Lifestyles, Women and Men over 50, Women's Issues, Health, Diet, Exercise, Nutrition, Faith, Travel and Reference, along with some of the most important Medical Information of today. A desire to give Aging people a positive mindset to use their potential until their last breath. It is said that we use only 10% of our ability and talent and leave the other 90% screaming to get out! I hope to motivate aging people, to use all that is inside them to make a positive difference in our world. To inspire aging people to have a passion about something PASSION+PERSISTENCE+PREVAILING=PIZZAZZ!
I am enamored with Life. I hope to pass this on. To light a Spark of Fire where there is no hope. Looking good and feeling good creates better communication and stimulates a more positive response. This program will activate a desire to work with Style, Grooming, Color, Hair Design, Anti-Aging breakthroughs, Nutrition, Diet, Exercise, Travel, Faith, Culinary, Medicine, Relationships and Positive Attitudes. And we can't forget FUN!
I coined the phrase "Exercise is the Golden Egg of Aging" this program will encourage America to keep moving! The Flame of the future is a new mental posture for aging people. People over 50 are feeling younger while growing older, and getting better while aging.
